Ingredients
- ½ Cup Aviate Lupini Flakes
- ¼ Cup Organic Rolled Oats
- 2 TSP Ground Cinnamon
- 1 TSP Chia Seeds
- 2 TBSP Raisins
- 1 TBSP Maple Syrup or Honey
- 1 Medium Apple Diced
- 1 Cup or so of Plant Based Milk
- Toppings of choice: coconut flakes, hemp seeds, peanut butter, chocolate
Preparation
- Place all ingredients, except for toppings and either place in bowl or in a pot.
- If desired warm, cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes until liquid is soaked up. (You can add more milk)
- Top with your toppings of choice and enjoy!
