Aviate Foods was created due to inspiration gathered from traveling the World as a professional pilot. Our passion for nutrition as well both military and commercial flying; has taken us to almost every continent. As a result, Aviate Foods has been fortunate to witness the significance of food by people from all walks of life. In Europe, and the Middle East in particular, most treat meals as opportunities for gatherings and relaxation. Care is given to the way food is prepared, and quality is never compromised. Unlike back home where we seem to prioritize convenience over everything else.

Dave splits his time between flying for a major US airline and flying the mighty C-17 in the Air National Guard. Trained by his Italian mother as an expert "chef" he enjoys recreating family recipes utilizing Lupinis. In his free time he can be found running, skiing and biking across the Globe.
